The Rape Blossom Festival In Yokohama is held on the third Sunday in May when rape blossoms in the town are at their best. A marathon is the main feature of this festival, alongside a huge rape blossom maze, sightseeing flights by helicopter and modeling photo sessions. Also, at the venue, ‘Rape Blossom Supporters,’ who are dressed in yellow caps and jackets, give detailed guidance and explanations.
