“Sobamochi-gai (hard clams)” caught at Tanesashi Coast in spring is known for its taste that is good for making broth. Iso Ramen (iso means seashore) is originally made using the broth from sobamochi-gai, however, each shop serves its original Iso ramen on recent days. Iso ramen with toppings of local seafood and seaweed, once you have it, you might feel the smell of seashore. Most of restaurants offering Iso ramen are located on Tanesashi Coast, and there are more than 10 shops.
