Aomori Prefecture has many onsen (hot springs) located widely from downtown to deep area in mountain, and is nationally known for one of the “kingdom for public bath with 100% hot spring”. Especially in Aomori City, there are many hot springs in downtown, Asamushi area, Namioka area, Hakkoda area and so on.
