Hirosaki Neputa Festival
It is definitely worth to see that the huge Neputa floats, the biggest of which is over nine meters, will parade through the town dodging electric wire and signboard. Also you don’t want to miss “men for festival” carrying the huge floats of weight a ton.

Kuroishi Yosare
Kuroishi Yosare Festival is composed with three types of dance and at the festival about 3,000 dancers and tourists can enjoy together. Furthermore the festival will be bustling with performance of Syamisen, Taiko drum and traditional songs for Tsugaru Minyo Teodori (a local folk song and dance).
